Frittaten Soup
Is a traditional Austrian soup made from a vegetable or meat broth. Pancakes made from egg, flour & milk are then fried. They are then rolled up and cut into strips to put into the soup.

The soup is made from liver sausage mixed with egg white, cracker crumbs, parsley and chives to form balls. It is then simmered in beef stock to form the soup.

Is an Austrian shredded pancake that is named after Kaiser Franz Joseph I of Austria. It is often topped with cranberry sauce and apple sauce on the side.

Sachertorte is a chocolate cake that was created by Franz Sacher in 1832. It has an apricot filling and is mainly served with whipped cream on the side.
